The Library Memory Project is excited to invite you to its first Family Day in Jefferson County on Sunday, April 21 from 1 – 4 p.m at the Dwight Foster Public Library in Fort Atkinson. We invite those living with memory loss, and their care partners and families, to attend our FREE family-friendly outing, which will include art making, refreshments, and entertainment. Questions?
