Pauline Haass Public Library (Sussex) — Children’s Library Associate (Part-Time)

The Pauline Haass Public Library is seeking a new part-time library associate to join our busy Children’s Services team. Job duties include planning, organizing, and implementing programs (including the summer reading program) for children ages birth through teen, school visits to the library, storytimes, and craft programs. Other assignments may include designing literacy-based interactive play areas, selecting materials, producing professional-looking publicity materials, and acting as the liaison with local elementary schools. An interest in recent findings on early literacy and STEAM-based initiatives for children is desirable. Find more details on the library’s website.
